End of Semester Reminders from UMOnline

Hello Faculty!
As you wrap up the fall semester and look forward to enjoying the holidays, the UMOnline Instructional Design (ID) team would like to remind you to please take care of the end of semester tasks for your Canvas course shells before the break. Our Concluding a Course Tip Sheet provides detailed information on the steps to take at the end of semester as you prepare to submit final grades and determine what course content Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ can access once the term has ended.
In addition, here are some reminders and updates to keep in mind for the upcoming spring semester:

Please complete the , which is designed to gauge faculty satisfaction with Canvas and gather recommendations for improving the system's use and support at the University. It touches on technical, instructional, and support aspects of the Canvas implementation. This survey should take 5-10 minutes to finish. Your participation will help us to improve our support services.
Instructional Design Support
Instructional Designers (IDs) continue to work between semesters, so please reach out to an ID for help with Canvas or preparing courses for the Spring semester. Any new online courses should be developed with an ID, well in advance of the start of the course (usually the semester prior).
