Personal Summary
Ivie provides evidence-based, culturally affirming care to Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ at Curry Health Center Counseling Services. Drawing primarily from cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions, she supports Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ with a range of health concerns and in navigating transitions and relationships. She has experience working with adults of all ages in a variety of clinical settings, including: Veteran's Affairs (VA) medical centers, private hospitals, inpatient and residential settings, community health centers, specialty clinics,and outpatient mental health clinics. As a clinician, she aims to provide inclusive, strengths-based, client-centered care. As a researcher and public policy advocate, she seeks to find ways to increase access to health care for all, advance the holistic provision of care, bridge mind-body connection, and champion integrated behavioral health.
