Personal Summary
Mental health is a journey taking place one day, one step at a time. I enjoy walking alongside others from all backgrounds and abilities as they seek insight, connection, and positive change for themselves. I practice from an orientation that looks at each person as a holistic being with unique life experiences. I have had the honor of working closely with diverse cultural backgrounds and people experiencing anxiety, depression, SDMI, and trauma. I utilize person-centered as well as cognitive behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices that support clients in accomplishing their goals and in living their best lives. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and interactive. My goal is to offer and maintain a nonjudgmental, inclusive, and empowering therapeutic environment that fosters healing and growth. I look forward to connecting with you and sharing in your unique journey.
