Photo Requirements
Do:
- Current color photo
- Neutral color and smooth background
- Centered, facing the camera
- Include top of head down to collarbone (you can crop it when you upload it)
- Good lighting
- Eyes open and natural facial expression
- Wear prescription glasses if you normally do so
Don't:
- Tilt or side angle your face
- Shadows on face
- Blurry or filtered photos
- Crop off the top of your head or zoom in too close
- Other visible people, pets, or objects
- Inappropriate expressions
- Wear sunglasses, hats, headphones
When submitting your photo for your Griz Card, you will need to submit an additional document of any government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, passport card, military ID, etc.

Wearing a hat, off center, with things in the background.
Over the shoulder with landscape in the background.
Too close! Cropped off head and shoulders.

Submit Your Photo
Great! You've reviewed the photo requirements and are ready to submit your photo! To do so, sign into the Transact eAccounts application or log into your eAccounts account online.
For the Transact eAccounts application, you would need to find the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥, Select NetID, Log in with your NetID, select the settings (cogwheel) button in the upper right hand corner, then select Submit Photo ID.
For the Transact eAccounts web version, You will need to sign in with your NetID, select Profile in the top left corner, and select "Click to submit a new photo".
