Toby Cook '15 Joins Montana Innocence Project
The Montana Innocence Project has expanded its legal team with the hiring of a former Yellowstone County District Court Law Clerk. Entering into the organization's eighth year, the Montana Innocence Project hired a second full-time attorney, Toby Cook, former law clerk for Yellowstone County District Court Judge Russell Fagg and a 2015 graduate of the School of Law. "It's basically my dream job," Cook said.

Incoming UM Law Student Wins National Phi Kappa Phi Fellowship
Jennifer Pepprock, a 2016 Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ graduate, was awarded a $5,000 Phi Kappa Phi Fellowship to support her UM law school career, which she will begin this fall. Pepprock won the Mortar Board President's Outstanding Senior Recognition Award for her major, history, and earned a minor in political science. This past May, she graduated with high honors in history and as a University Scholar from the Davidson Honors College.

Law Alumni Reunion Weekend is September 30 - October 1, 2016. This year's featured classes are 6's and 1's! A number of classes have already designated captains and are planning activities including class dinners. The Browning Symposium, hosted by the Montana Law Review, will offer a continuing legal education option on Friday, September 30.
