2025 Summer Exploration Cancellation Policy
The following policies exist to encourage commitment when registering for the program, as well as to cover costs incurred by the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ and the Wild Rockies Field Institute when a student withdraws from the program for any reason.
- If a student withdraws from the program on or before June 1, 2025, the student will receive a refund of 85% ($2,550) of the program payment paid.
- If a student withdraws from the program between June 2 and June 14, 2025, the student will receive a refund of 50% ($1,500) of the program payment paid.
Refunds will not be issued on June 15, 2025 or thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The June 15 – July 6, 2025 timeframe prior to the start of the program.
- "No shows" at the program start date (July 7, 2025).
- Students who choose to leave or who are dismissed during the program (July 7-19, 2025) for any reason (including injury or illness).
