Drop Deadline - 45th Class Day Today

Dear Faculty & Staff,

Today is the 45th class day, a key deadline for 15-week course drops. You may approve drop requests at your discretion until Sunday, March 30 at 11:59 p.m.

Now is an excellent time to check your worklist for requests. We recommend you open your worklist in a  to avoid errors.

The Course Add/Change/Drop form clearly states that Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ should contact their instructor and/or academic advisor before they initiate a request. Further, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ have been advised not to assume their instructors or advisors will respond to their request on the weekend. It is the student's responsibility to meet registration deadlines and submit their requests with sufficient time for you to review.

Looking Ahead: 

Courses may be dropped after the deadline but require documented justification and Dean's approval. Examples include:

• accident or illness
• family emergency
• other circumstances beyond the student's control

The final deadline for Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ to submit all spring 2025 registration changes, including course drops with Dean's approval, is Sunday, April 27.
