Personal Summary
Professor Kuipers retired from the Sociology Department at UM on May 1, 2021. She is a former Chair of the Sociology Department and she currently serves as the Interim Director of the at the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥. She continues to work with graduate Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ on research projects. Her research interests include status and identification, experimental research, and gender.
She often works in collaboration with her graduate Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ and her publications include: “Challenges in Governance for the PSA as a Regional Sociological Association.” 2014.
