The Biological Education concentration within the Biology major provides Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ with coursework in biology and related science and mathematics needed to be certified by the State of Montana to teach secondary biology (middle school and high school). This option is appropriate for Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ interested in teaching biology in a larger, more urban school. In order to be licensed to teach secondary biology, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ must be admitted to the through the Phyllis J. Washington College of Education and Human Sciences.
