Scholarships frequently target membership in a specific group, such as Native American Ñý¼§Ö±²¥, Hispanic Ñý¼§Ö±²¥, or even UM Bitterroot Ñý¼§Ö±²¥!
Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Scholarship Portal
UM Bitterroot Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ are eligible for Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ scholarships. The majority of Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ scholarships are available to review and apply for via the . The portal provides access to the UM's general scholarship application which all Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ are encouraged to complete. The online scholarship system automatically connects Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ who have completed the general application to the scholarship opportunities for which they are eligible. The priority deadline for the UM general scholarship application is February 15.

Local Scholarships (not administered by UM)
- Bootstraps Scholarship - College Degree Path For Non-Traditional Adult Students with Dependent Child/Children age 15 or under who are seeking a college degree. Recipients will be awarded funds based on the number of credits enrolled per semester as follows: 6-8 Credits – $500 per semester; 9-11 Credits – $750 per semester; 12 or more credits – $1,000 per semester. Renewability: Provided funding is available, scholarships can be renewed for up to four semesters as long as eligibility is maintained. UM Bitterroot Scholarships are awarded to Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ who need financial assistance and who demonstrate exceptional desire and commitment to further their education and training. Applicants must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater. Eligible applicants must be Ravalli County residents for the past two years and plan on attending UM Bitterroot full-time (12+ credits). Special consideration will be given to veterans of the U.S. Military.
