Wellbeing Wednesdays occur in the UC Atrium on the second Wednesday of each month, offering Ñý¼§Ö±²¥, staff, and faculty opportunities for mindfulness and relaxation.
Each Wednesday features activities such as crafts, chair massage, therapy dogs, snacks and more.

Stress Less is an event held the week before finals in both the Fall and Spring semesters, designed to help Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ relax and unwind before a challenging week.
Enjoy snacks, get creative with craft activities, and even spend time with some friendly dogs! Come join us and calm to your busy schedule.
