Position Objectives
- Train and educate Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ in the use of technology.
- Maintain weekly office hours at our helpdesk.
- Utilize campus resources to solve problems, answer questions and refer problems
- Maintain weekly contact with assigned departments on campus.
- Respond to technical support requests (tickets) from departmental staff within two business days of receipt.
- Troubleshoot and repair, or otherwise address technical issues for users, prioritizing requests via our ticketing system.
- Assist Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing their devices.
- Provide over the counter tech support at the helpdesk.
- Work on checked-in student devices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnosis, and repair student devices.
- Fielding Moodle Support questions from faculty, staff and Ñý¼§Ö±²¥.
- Other duties as assigned.
