Welcome! Our research lab researches eating disorders and weight stigma. We are curious about predictors of eating disorder treatment outcomes, the mechanisms of change within eating disorder treatment, ways to improve eating disorder treatment and access to care, and sociocultural risk factors (e.g., weight stigma, sexism). We often incorporate strengths-based components within eating disorder research and strongly emphasize improving access to eating disorder treatment within underrepresented regions (e.g., rural regions). We work with children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders and family members of those with eating disorders.
