1. Schedule a meeting with the Pre-Law Advisor at your Undergraduate University if it has one. An advisor can help you start to prepare for applying to law school.
2. Sign up for an account
3. Register and prepare for the LSAT. Register . We recommend preparing and studying with LSAC approved study resources. On their website they have both Khan Academy and LSAC LawHub. ().
4. Research Law Schools. Check out their websites that will feature application requirements such as letters of recommendation, personal statements, and more. Also look at important attributes such as the cost of attendance, student life, location, and scholarship opportunities. For example, here is Ñý¼§Ö±²¥’s page Application Instructions.
5. Start preparing materials for the law school you selected to apply to. These materials may include personal statements, letters of recommendations, transcripts, and other documents.
6. Register for the Credit Assembly Service (“CAS”) on LSAC.org if required by the school you are applying to. This is where you will submit all required documents. CAS will then send your documents and scores to the school once you submit.
7. Check submission deadlines and get those applications in!
