In addition to the requirements for the major listed above, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ desiring to complete the Education requirements for certification by The Wildlife Society should elect additional courses as follows:
Policy/Administration/Law (minimum of 6 semester credits):
WBIO 410 Wildlife Policy and Biopolitics – 3 credits
WBIO 475 Case Histories in Conservation Policy – 3 credits
FOR 422 Natural Resources Policy & Administration – 3 credits
BADM 340 Management & Organizational Behavior – 3 credits
Communications (minimum of 12 semester credits):
In addition to ENEX 101, FOR 220, COMM 111, which are required, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ should elect an additional 4 credits from the following: Communications, Journalism and English Departments.
Humanities & Social Sciences (minimum of 9 semester credits):
Our University General Education requirements can be used to satisfy this (see your advisor).
Physical Sciences (minimum of 9 semester credits):
At least one course (in addition to chemistry) selected from physics, geology, or soils.
