Hiding Pages and Assets
By default, Cascade assets are visible in the navigation. Checking No in the Include in Navigation field will prevent the asset from displaying in the navigation. This option may be used to selectively choose how site visitors access the page.
Note: A page that is excluded from the navigation will still publish and can be found in search results. Learn how to disable publishing for a page.
Excluding a Folder From Navigation
To exclude a folder from navigation
- Select the Folder in the Asset Tree.
- Click Edit in the upper right of the workspace, or right-click the folder name and select 'Edit' from the dropdown menu.
- In the Metadata tab, check the 'No' box under 'Include in Navigation?'
- Please note, if you exclude a folder from navigation, all folders and pages underneath that folder will also be excluded from navigation.

To exclude a page from navigation:
- Select the Page in the Asset Tree.

- Select the Metadata tab, check the 'No' radio button under 'Include in Navigation?'
