Our Services
- Program Sustainability: Providing thought partnership to support programmatic decision-making with sustainability in mind.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Assessing capacity to collect, utilize, and/or present relevant data.
- Outreach and Marketing: Creating or consulting on marketing materials and providing coaching on how to use traditional and digital marketing tools for the most significant impact.
- Revenue and Resource Maximization: Providing grant writing assistance, including identifying available funding opportunities, drafting, reviewing and editing.
- Policy Leadership: Developing or providing consultation on internal policies to support functioning, such as board development, hiring practices or 501c3 status.
Early Childhood Coalitions
The Center provides wrap-around capacity development services to Early Childhood Coalitions (ECCs) throughout Montana. Through meaningful thought partnership and adaptable support, the Center empowers ECCs, both individually and collectively, to affect significant and sustainable improvements to Montana’s early childhood system. The Center co-facilitates the Montana Early Childhood Coalition (MTECC) in partnership with Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies and Zero to Five Montana. MTECC provides ECCs with support in the following areas:

- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Outreach and Marketing
- Revenue and Resource Maximization
- Policy Leadership
- Evaluation of Project Outcomes
