Tele-Coaching
The group coaching sessions will allow you to learn from your peers, provide you an opportunity to connect with other Montana CIHPs (community-integrated health providers), and get answers to course-related questions from your instructors. Here, we will put into practice the skills you learned through the eLearning modules. You can ask questions, present scenarios, and build on your experience to enhance your confidence as a CIHP.
Tele-coaching will offer peer-to-peer discussion on relevant case examples and cover strategies and tools to help you implement new techniques as a CIHP in your community’s CIH program. The facilitated learning sessions are case study-based. Maximizing diverse leadership from across Montana.
