Clery Act
As a Campus Security Authority (CSA), you must report certain criminal offenses that take place on campus when a student brings to your attention. Only CSAs are required to report Clery crimes that occur in the Clery geography.
Title IX
No person shall on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any academic, extracurricular, research, occupational training, or other education program or activity operated by the university. Sexual harassment and sexual assault are forms of discrimination on the basis of sex.
All university employees are "Responsible Employees" which means that they are mandated to report to the Title IX Coordinator whenever they learn about sexual harassment or sexual misconduct involving Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ regardless of the location of the incident.
Students of Concern
A person of concern is any individual who demonstrates disruptive or problematic behavior, expresses personal difficulties, exhibits mental or emotional instability, or otherwise causes another member of the campus community to feel apprehension for their safety or for the safety of the person of concern.
The Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) is a campus wide team of appointed professionals responsible for identifying, assessing, and responding to serious concerns and/or disruptive behaviors by Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ who may threaten the health or safety of the campus community.

Reporting a student of concern is not a requirement, however, highly recommended to assist our Ñý¼§Ö±²¥.
