Technology Loan Program
In an effort to help reduce some of the additional financial barriers in accessing higher education, TRIO is happy to loan out select technological equipment to active TRIO participants throughout the semester.
Generally, we may provide the following items:
- Laptops (limited)
- iPads (limited)
- Graphing calculators
- Smart pens
- iClickers
- Voice recorders
TRIO Scholars can apply by filling out this Technology Loan Contract. It can be submitted digitally via email to Janet Zupan, or printed out and submitted to our office in-person. Selected Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ will then meet with Janet and confirm they understand the terms of the Tech Loans, as well as the requirement to return their loaned item by the end of the semester.
Please note that our stock of available devices is limited. Students will be selected and loaned out equipment on a first-come, first-serve basis. Similar to the Book Loan Program, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ need to be active TRIO members to be eligible to apply.
Students who have previously been loaned textbooks and/or technological devices in the past, who have not returned their loaned items, will not be granted another loan until all loaned items are returned.
